- Change the World separates dated real-world baselines from hypothetical outcomes, then makes each simulated consequence inspectable instead of presenting the game as a forecast or official plan.

- Owner-only row-level security protects optional Beast member saves
Public boundary. No account is required to play. Saving is an explicit member action. The public-testing build has no analytics, live resident tracking, private-profile access, AI-provider calls, or claim of official forecasting.
