SEANGWORLD v1.4.0

SEANGWORLD v1.4.0 Release Notes

SEANGWORLD v1.4 aligns the public experience with current Beast releases, clearer navigation, visitor-controlled analytics, and a sustainable publishing record.

Highlights

  • Made top navigation mutually exclusive, dismissible, keyboard-accessible, and readable over every page surface.
  • Moved the public palette to dark navy, cyan, and blue while retaining amber only for planning and warning meaning.
  • Reconciled all public Beast product statuses, including the released BeastHealth 1.0 member experience.
  • Clarified optional analytics as a visitor privacy choice that remains disabled until a visitor deliberately enables it.
  • Caught up the public release and article story after SW-206 through SW-210 expanded products, Digital Professionals, media, and company pages.

A Clearer Public Experience

Navigation now keeps one menu open at a time, uses an opaque high-contrast surface, closes on outside interaction, Escape, or navigation, and preserves keyboard focus. The broader visual system now uses cyan and blue as primary accents instead of general yellow branding.

Product Truth And Privacy

  • One SEANGWORLD registry now supplies status badges, product pages, and homepage product grouping.
  • BeastHealth is correctly identified as released for eligible adult members while its medical boundaries remain explicit.
  • Optional analytics defaults to no collection, stores the visitor's preference locally, and loads GA4 only after an explicit Production opt-in.

Publishing And Freshness

Release Notes summarize meaningful visitor changes, Changelog lists granular shipped work, What's New highlights recent discoveries, and the Development Journal keeps the narrative build record. Future content begins as an owner-reviewed candidate rather than publishing automatically.
